Andrew is the Director of HF Integration, establishing the company in 2015. He has over 20 years’ experience in providing practical human factors, ergonomics and workplace risk assessment services to clients in a range of hazardous industries, including energy, mining, rail and defence.
Andrew is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors.
Jo is a Principal Consultant at HF Integration, joining the company in October 2017 as an experienced Human Factors Specialist. She had previously worked in the oil & gas industry for five years, successfully integrating human factors into corporate processes and major capital projects.
Jo holds a Masters qualifications in Ergonomics (Human Factors) and Occupational Therapy.
Zoë is a Principal Consultant applying Human and Organisational Performance (HOP) principles across high reliability industries including petrochemical, rail, road, logistics, infrastructure, aviation and marine. For the last 10 years, Zoë focused on HF in Operations, HOP and Operational Learning as an employee within a major petrochemical operator.
Thilina is a Principal Consultant with eight years’ experience gained across a range of high reliability industries, including rail transportation, oil and gas, and energy. He holds a PhD and Master's qualifications in Human Factors. Thilina has carried out projects in Australia, Hong Kong, Mainland China, USA, UK, and Israel throughout his career.
Cherie is a Human Factors Consultant and completed her Masters in Ergonomics and Organisational Behaviour in 2018. Since joining HF Integration she has provided human factors support to rail, mining, oil and gas industries.
Nat is a Human Factors Consultant, joining HF Integration in 2021. She has a Masters in Industrial Organisational Psychology and is completing a PhD in Human Factors and automation. Nat has a particular interest in the design and implementation of automation and human-machine interfaces, and in implementing Human and Organisational Performance principles.
Ben is a Human Factors Consultant with four years’ experience predominately in the nuclear sector and more recently in rail, energy and mining. He has a Master’s qualification in Human Factors from Loughborough University, in the UK.
