Andrew is the Director of HF Integration, establishing the company in 2015. He has 25 years’ experience in providing practical human factors, ergonomics and workplace risk assessment services to clients in a range of hazardous industries, including energy, mining, rail and defence.
Andrew is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors.
Thilina is a Principal Consultant with many years' experience gained across a range of high reliability industries, including rail transportation, oil and gas, and energy. He holds a PhD and Master's qualifications in Human Factors. Thilina has carried out projects in Australia, Hong Kong, Mainland China, USA, UK, and Israel throughout his career.
Martin is a Principal Human Factors Consultant, with over 30 years of experience addressing the human issues in complex systems, mainly in the oil, gas and chemicals industries.

Before relocating to Perth in 2013, Martin played a key role in developing human factors within the UK Health & Safety Executive (HSE) and was a Specialist Inspector for over 12 years, working on over 150 of the UK's most complex Major Hazard facilities, both onshore and offshore.

Cherie is a Senior Human Factors Consultant with experience in providing human factors support to the mining and rail industry. She holds a Master’s degree in Ergonomics and Organizational Behaviour from the University of Derby as well as a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Edith Cowan University. Prior to working in human factors, Cherie used her Occupational Therapy background as an Injury and Health Advisor in the resources and mining sector for ten years.
Jack is a Senior Human Factors Consultant and Psychologist, who holds a PhD qualification in Human Factors, and a Masters qualification in Industrial Organisational Psychology. Since joining HF Integration Jack has supported projects across several industries including rail, mining, energy, and oil and gas, and is currently supporting a large rail project in the mining sector.
Eunice is a Human Factors Consultant and Psychologist, joining HF Integration in January 2024. She holds a Master’s qualification in Industrial & Organisational Psychology from the University of Western Australia. Eunice has already supported projects across several industries including rail, mining, energy, and oil and gas.
Charlott is a Graduate Human Factors Consultant, joining HF Integration in March 2024. She holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering psychology from the University of Furtwangen in Germany. Whilst studying engineering psychology, Charlott worked in the automobile industry as an intern and work student supporting the side management of a Test and Technology Centre for one and a half years.
