Martin is a Principal Consultant with over 30 years’ experience of applying human factors in high-hazard industries and complex systems. During 12 years as a Specialist Inspector for the British Government, he led interventions at more than 150 major hazard facilities, both onshore and offshore. He complements this experience with a recent role as Manager Human Factors for an international oil and gas company.
Martin has played a key role in influencing how human factors is understood and addressed by industry and Regulators around the world. A trusted advisor to many companies, Martin takes a practical approach to integrating human factors into a business.
