Cherie began working at HF Integration five years ago, after completing her Masters in Ergonomics and Organisational Behaviour. Before that, she spent a decade in the mining resources sector, applying her Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy. Cherie is passionate about incorporating human factors into design, systems, and operations to overcome challenges and improve work processes.

While Cherie thrives on diverse projects across industries, she has an interest in assisting companies in reaching their decarbonisation goals. Outside of the “9 to 5”, Cherie is usually outdoors, playing sports with her kids, swimming, running and finding ways to squeeze more plants into the garden.
